Bronwyn left everything behind when she left with Ronan. She became what he needed her to be and forgot the rest. Too bad the past won't stay in the past.

Rider bursts back into her life uninvited, and is not the man she remembers. There is an edge to him that was not there before. Bronwyn is torn by guilt over what he has become and anger at being blamed for it.

When Ronan ended his maker’s life, he inherited a line of vampires and a whole set of problems to go along with it. Bronwyn must decide if their love is worth it, worth the killing, and the constant disruption of their lives.

Is love enough? Can Bronwyn find herself again and strike a balance between who she wants to be and who Ronan needs her to be? Or will she lose herself all over again?

Bronwyn stopped in her tracks when she saw someone very familiar leaning against the building across the street, dressed head to toe in leather. “I’m guessing you all decided on a field trip at the same time?” She said sarcastically, as she zipped across the street.

“Well, someone has to clean up after his mess,” Carly scoffed.

Bronwyn’s lips thinned out, “I saw him, earlier. He seems to be out of control.”

“Hmmm, I wonder why that is?” Carly pressed a finger to her lips in mock concentration.

“Look, I don’t need a lecture from you, too. I got enough from Seraph.”

Carly smiled. “You know, I want so bad to stay mad at you. It would be a heck of a lot easier if I did. But, it’s too damn good to see you.”

Bronwyn’s tough exterior melted, “I know. I’ve missed you so much. Is Tuck here, too?”

“He’s looking for Rider; we followed him here. I didn’t even know you were back in the States. Seraph told us, yesterday.” There was a hint of something in Carly’s voice.

“Look, I know this is an f-ed up situation. I had to make a clean break, though. I couldn't live half in and half out with Ronan.”

“You ruined him.” Carly’s voice was harsh.

Bronwyn laughed. “Really? Rider is a big boy; far older than I am. His choices are his own. Did you really come here to make me feel guilty? If so, you may as well leave now.” Bronwyn’s tone was cool.

“Who are you?” Carly took a step back.

“I’m the same person I’ve always been, Carly, I’m just not fighting it anymore.” Bronwyn leaned in and kissed Carly’s cheek before heading off into the night.

Blood and sacrifice (Blood Ties)
Good lord! Blood and Sacrifice is the best one yet!! Roles are swapped and the killing spree begins in the good ol Big Apple. Territory's AND bounderies are crossed new characters are introduced some stick around and others, well they don't last as long, while some of the ones from Love and Blood make guest appearances there seems to be more killing in this one but on a more personal level. Bronwyn is wisked around Europe and of course the States with a new friend and expensive clothing, shoes, you name it... at this point Bronwyn is living life well while some of her friends struggle with her new ways while watching another friend distroys themselfs. Also a very important and exciting question is asked of Bronwyn..... oooooohhhhh ;) I am NOT fond of the ending at allllll but I know that there will be more to come soon enough. Happy reading

Book1 *****
Blood Lust (Blood Ties)
I read this along with the first two books back to back to back only now writing my review for each and let me tell you this is a great gateway book into Bronwyns and Ronans situation I guess you would say. Its more of a back ground then anything and it leaves you wanting more. I think it was well writen and a quick but dark read
Book2 *****
Love and Blood (Blood Ties)
Ok so Blood Lust was a great intro into the Blood Ties Series but I could not set this book down!! A few times I found myself yelling at my kindle at Bronwyn because of making a stupid choice but she is battleing a choice that weighs heavy on her heart and mind. Rider is simply AMAZING!!! the kind of man any woman would want plus the vampire added in understanding, soft, sweet, protective and loves Bronwyn whole heartedly. Then there is Ronan, Bronwyns "maker" he loves her so much that he spying, sneeking around, breaking in, stealing kisses and more ;) forcing at first then going bat shit crazy on killing sprees because hes pushed away. Bronwyn knows who the right choice should be and she makes it based on the way they make her feel but after a battle she second guesses everything and her life changes. This book held me in from page one the ending was ROUGH!! I was stunned and hummed but I knew there was more :) All in all great series so far!
